Judgment affidavits lodged in the Registry of Deeds or the Land Registry on or after 1st December 2009 must be in a new prescribed form.
Section 73(2) of the Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006 provides that Land Certificates and Certificates of Charge issued before commencement of Section 73, which are not already cancelled, will cease to have force or effect from. 1st January 2010
