Land Registration Rules 1972-2007

The Land Registration Rules 1972-2007 are as set out hereunder, with those affected by Section 4 of the Act, which provided for the deletion of references to the Registrar and the insertion of references to the Authority.

These Rules shall come into operation on the 2nd day of November 2011, save Rule 5 and 7 which shall come into operation on the 1st day of March 2012.
