Section 73(1) of the Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006 came into operation on 1st January 2007
Section 73(2) of the 2006 Act provides that Land Certificates and Certificates of Charge issued before commencement of Section 73, which are not already cancelled, will cease to have force or effect from. 1st January 2010 |
