The Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2009 came into effect on 1st December 2009.
Judgement affidavits lodged in the Registry of Deeds or the Land Registry on or after 1st December 2009 must be in the new prescribed form, i.e. Form 16 for Registry of Deeds or Form 112 for Land Registry.
