All Land Registry folios now in fully electronic format

The Property Registration Authority is pleased to announce the completion of an ambitious programme to upgrade all its folios to a fully digitised format. This project, which encompassed the conversion of more than 807,000 individual folios, was undertaken as a key building block for future developments in electronic registration and electronic conveyancing.

Change in Numbering Formats for Western & North Leinster Regions

Customers please note that from 1st January 2006 the Western Region (counties Galway, Mayo, Sligo, Clare and Roscommon) and North Leinster Region (counties Cavan, Louth, Monaghan, Donegal, Leitrim, Longford, Meath, and Westmeath) will each be reorganised on a regional basis.
