Our websites www.prai.ie and www.landdirect.ie (for both Business Account Holders and Non-Account Holders) will be unavailable from 1 pm this Friday (25th July) to facilitate the deployment of the redeveloped website and the online service.
We expect that prai.ie will be available again later that evening and that landdirect.ie will be available from start of business on Monday July 28th.
These sites have been developed to be compatible with the most recent versions of browsers and we recommend that you use the most recent version of your browser.
As always we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. To that end, during Friday afternoon, while landdirect.ie is unavailable, we will provide, on a limited and manual basis, some basic services to our business account holders:
- If customers wish to confirm, through telephone enquiries, details of entries on a Folio, we will confirm the details to the customer on request and also respond to any other enquiries.
- If customers are looking to inspect a Folio, we will facilitate any such request and a printed copy can either be collected at our public counter or will be posted to the customer.
As these services must be generated manually and the process is labour intensive, we can only offer this service to applicants who require the information urgently e.g. for closing a sale or court proceedings. Please email email@example.com for further assistance.
